Baked sweet potatoes
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into slices of about 1 cm. Peel the onions and cut into eight pieces.
2. Spread the sweet potato slices in an oven-safe dish, add the red onions, sprinkle with cumin, season with salt and pepper and drizzle generously with the olive oil.
3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes until the onions and sweet potatoes are soft and fragrant.
4. Then add the sage leaves and bake again for 5-10 minutes until they are crispy.
